I found a really awesome site the other day on another dieters blog. The site is Spark People. You can put in your daily nutritional tracker, fitness tracker, and weight loss tracker. It even figures out how often you need to workout. There's many more options offered. I don't think I've even scratched the surface. It's all for free too. I like that because being a stay-at-home mom I don't have the money to join weight loss sites or places like Weight Watchers. It has a lot to offer, and I recommend giving it a look at.
